How to activate new Royal Mail services on your Zenstores account

Sometimes your business can change and as a result so does the way you deliver your products, once you have had new services approved by Royal Mail they won't automatically appear in your Zenstores account, they must first be activated in your NetDespatch account.

Once you have contacted your Royal Mail account manager and had your new services approved all you need to do is fill in our Royal Mail additional services form, then once NetDespatch have set everything up we will let you know.
