Zenstores plans are based on volume and features.
Volume: Number of shipments created in Zenstores. A shipment is created when you create a label or mark an order as dispatched. If you create a shipping label and dispatch an order, this will count as one shipment. Orders not fulfilled on Zenstores do not count towards your Zenstores volume.
Features: You can optionally add features to your Zenstores plan. Most of these are shown on our pricing page. We do have additional plans available for custom implementations of Zenstores. If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch.
If your business is using Zenstores Swift to buy shipping, billing for this is separate to the subscription for Zenstores.
Yes, you can save 20% by subscribing to one of our annual plans.
We accept payment by all major credit cards (including AMEX) and debit cards. For high volume, custom plans and Zenstores Swift shipping, we accept Direct Debit.
Once you have subscribed to a Zenstores plan you will be billed monthly on the day your subscription began. If you select an annual plan you will be billed annually in the same way.
No. Zenstores is a rolling monthly subscription service and as such can be cancelled at any time.
