Today we’re delighted to announce the launch of our latest courier integration. If you sell on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce and ship orders with DPD, from today, you can now use Zenstores Dispatch to book service and print labels for all of your orders in seconds.
Here’s a video showing how it all works:
Zenstores user Paul Bloor of Celebrate Gifts, an online gift business based in Manchester, has been helping us test the integration for the past few weeks and he Predicts the connection being a great success for Zenstores users. Paul commented:
“The integration process was very simple, as you would expect from Zenstores, and now we can process our DPD orders with just a few clicks. This is a massive boost to our business and we are already reaping the rewards with such positive customer feedback since its launch."
Paul was part of a small group of Zenstores users given early access to the integration in order to help us iron out the last few creases before we went live. This rigorous testing process helped us in a number of ways, but most importantly highlighted the importance of ensuring that specific printer settings were followed in order to pass DPD’s necessary approval process.
We took this feedback on board and created a simple guide for the most common DPD supplied printer, as well as a general guide for other popular printers, streamlining the process and ensuring the final people in our testing sailed through DPD’s checks. These guides are available here and here.
All main domestic and international DPD delivery services are available to be booked via Zenstores Dispatch, however, DPD Direct and DPD Local are not currently supported.
If you’re an existing Zenstores Dispatch user you can connect your DPD account in the Your Couriers area of the Zenstores dashboard.
If you don’t have an account but would like to find out how you can speed up your DPD shipping process simply create a free Zenstores Dispatch account and you can create 100 shipments to get a feel for how it works.
