Starting out in August 2017, INFINI London combined co-founder, George York’s, ecommerce skills with his partner’s extensive experience in the flower business. Their Shopify site specialises in selling real roses, that are specially treated with an eco-friendly solution so that they last for at least a year.
The roses have been a huge success, and their business has grown rapidly, with orders coming in from all over the world.
When the business first started, they’d log into the INFINI London Shopify site every morning to see all their orders. They'd then have to copy and paste the recipient’s name, address and phone number for each individual order, into separate fields in the courier’s website.
Producing a shipping label for each order in this manner was taking hours and hours. As a seasonal business, with high order volumes around key holidays, INFINI needed a better way to organise and dispatch their orders, without hiring extra staff. When Valentine’s Day came around, the flurry of orders was unmanageable and they were forced to find a better process.

Using Zenstores has transformed INFINI’s dispatch process: they now log into their Zenstores account every day to view, organise and dispatch all their orders. They’re able to print courier labels in bulk, ready for courier collections, and mark all the orders as dispatched so customers can be notified that their order is on its way.
During their busiest periods, Zenstores is saving INFINI up to four hours per day.

With a quick turnaround time for dispatching orders and excellent customer service, INFINI is building up a loyal base of repeat customers. Now that they’ve improved and streamlined their dispatch process, George has his sights set on growing the business’s turnover. They’re able to focus on increasing awareness and the popularity of INFINI’s roses, using Google Ads, digital PR and social media.
