  • How does Zenstores' billing work?

    Once you have subscribed to a Zenstores plan you will be billed monthly on the day your subscription began. If you select an annual plan you will be billed annually in the same way.

  • What happens if I outgrow my plan?

    If you go over your shipment allowance - you can upgrade to a higher plan in your accounts billing settings and the change will be instant.

  • Do I need a specific printer or thermal printer to use Zenstores?

    No, with integrated labels you can get up and running with Zenstores with a standard Inkjet printer. If you already have a thermal printer as long as it can print a Zenstores supported label format (we haven’t found one that can’t yet) it will work with Zenstores.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Yes, we offer a free 100 shipment trial with no-time limit and all of Zenstores features available. You can sign up for this by clicking the 'Try Zenstores free' button at the top or bottom of this page.

  • Am I locked into a contract with Zenstores?

    No. Zenstores is a monthly subscription service and as such can be cancelled at any time.
