Zenstores Dispatch payment and account management
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit and debits cards. Unfortunately we do not at this time accept payment by PayPal.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Absolutely not, if you don’t want to commit to a long-term subscription you can just pay month by month. However, we do offer a 20% discount when you subscribe to an annual plan, so that’s worth considering once you’ve figured out whether Zenstores Dispatch is right for you.
Suppose I need to update the credit card on my account, how do I do that?
Changing your payment details is simple and easy to do from within the Zenstores app, just visit the Plans and Billing section.
Is VAT collected?
Zenstores is a VAT-registered business, so all Zenstores subscription payments are subject to an additional 20% VAT charge.
What happens when I reach my shipment limit?
If you reach your shipment limit (available shipments reaches zero) you will be unable to create any further shipments. In order to do so you will need to upgrade your Zenstores subscription to a plan with a higher shipment limit.
We understand online stores can see peaks and troughs in sales so we’ve made it easy for you to upgrade/downgrade between plans at any time and you’ll only be charged for the days you use each plan.
What counts as a shipment?
A shipment is created when you create a label or mark an order as dispatched. Orders not fulfilled on Zenstores will not count towards your limit.
Can I use Zenstores Dispatch with multiple eBay accounts and multiple businesses?
You are free to connect multiple eBay accounts to Zenstores, but we only allow one company to be associated with a Zenstores account. This company information is used for your return labels, your invoice details and your invoice branding.

Marketplace accounts: Amazon, eBay and Etsy
Connecting marketplace accounts to Zenstores is quick and easy. All you need is your account login information and the connection takes less than five minutes to complete.

Hosted stores: Shopify
Connecting your Shopify store with Zenstores is a simple process. You’ll need to enter your '.myshopify' url in Zenstores, then log in to your Shopify account and install the Zenstores app. The process takes less than five minutes.
Self-hosted stores: Magento and WooCommerce
Connecting self-hosted stores to Zenstores is relatively straightforward but does require a bit more time and technical expertise than marketplace and hosted stores.

Connecting your courier accounts to Zenstores is generally a quick and easy process. However, each courier has different requirements for shipping orders with Zenstores, so please read the ‘Requirements/FAQ’ section of the relevant courier integration page:

Zenstores Referral Programme: ZenRewards
Our ZenRewards programme gives Zenstores users a way to earn money off their next bill by referring new Zenstores Dispatch users to our product.
