How to apply for a Parcelforce expressLink and WDMO account
To connect your Zenstores Dispatch account to Parcelforce you will need to request new expressLink and WDMO credentials, please see below for advice on how to do this.
Please Note: Even if you already have WDMO credentials you will still need to get new credentials for both WDMO and expressLink for the Zenstores integration.
All you need to do is contact the Parcelforce Worldwide Customer Solutions Team by either emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling them on +44 (0) 1908 687000.
Then just ask them to set you up with both an expressLink account and a Worldwide Distribution Manager Online (WDMO) account.
