Flagging your orders

Sometimes you need to highlight specific orders, to draw the attention of your team members. This can be achieved with flags. You can quickly and easily create and apply flags for orders that are urgent, on-hold or anything else you might want.

Adding notes to your orders

Sometimes a customer makes changes to their orders, or you need to let your team members know extra information about an order. When these situations occur you can use either customer notes or team notes to remind yourself or let others know.

Saving invoices as PDF's for emailing to customers

When your customer requests an invoice you can simply create a PDF for them and email it over.
