What’s changing?
Royal Mail and Parcelforce have merged their parcel networks into a single delivery infrastructure. While the two brands remain separate, services will be delivered through the same unified system.
Is the new integration available in Zenstores?
Yes - the new Royal Mail & Parcelforce integration is live and ready to use. If you’ve been moved over to the new combined account type, you can connect it in Zenstores today.
What do I need to do?
This will update in the coming weeks, but at the moment, if you have the new account type - please get in touch with support via live chat, email, or phone.
Once connected, you’ll be able to book shipping with both Royal Mail and Parcelforce services in Zenstores.
What about my existing Parcelforce integration?
Until your account is switched over to the new combined network, your current Parcelforce account will continue to work as normal in Zenstores.
Will I still see Parcelforce as an option in Zenstores when shipping?
Royal Mail and Parcelforce will still be separate carriers in Zenstores as they have different options when booking shipping.
Will shipping be interrupted?
No. You can keep using your existing Parcelforce integration until your account has been migrated. Once you’re switched over, just add the new integration in Zenstores and carry on shipping.
Do I need to remove my old Parcelforce connection?
Once you’ve successfully connected the new account, your old Parcelforce integration will be automatically removed.
How will I know if I’ve been moved to the new account type?
Royal Mail/Parcelforce will contact you directly when your account has been migrated. If you’re unsure, check with your Royal Mail Account Manager.
