Zenstores integrates with Parcelforce Worldwide to give online sellers a quicker way to dispatch orders

Zenstores integrates with Parcelforce

3 min read

Today we’re pleased to announce the launch of our latest courier integration. If you sell on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce and ship with Parcelforce you can now use Zenstores Dispatch to book services and print labels for all of your orders in seconds.

Here’s a video showing how it all works:

Zenstores user Steve Thorp of Your Price Furniture has been helping us test the integration over the last two weeks, and he had this to say:

“Zenstores’ new Parcelforce integration has been incredibly easy to set up and has massively streamlined our daily dispatch operations. The integration is simple, fast, 100% reliable and can cope with volume too. This is software at its best! We highly recommend Zenstores for Parcelforce users.”

Steve was part of a small group of Zenstores users who were given early access to the integration to help us test and improve how it works. As an example of how this helps us, he flagged the fact that variations in the way postcodes are formatted by customers means sellers have to spend an unnecessary amount of time manually correcting them. A tedious and time-intensive task.

We took this on board and Zenstores Dispatch now automatically converts postcodes into the correct format to make shipping with Parcelforce faster and easier than ever.

All main domestic and international Parcelforce Worldwide delivery services are available to be booked via Zenstores Dispatch.

If you’re an existing Zenstores Dispatch user you can connect your Parcelforce account in the Your Couriers area of the Zenstores dashboard.

If you don’t have an account but would like to find out how you can speed up your Parcelforce shipping process simply create a free Zenstores Dispatch account and you can create 100 shipments to get a feel for how it works.
