How to change the status of an order
Sometimes it can be necessary to move an order from the In Progress or Dispatched orders list back into the New orders list or vice versa, this is known as changing the status of an order. This a simple and straightforward and in the below step by step guide I'll talk you through the process.
Please note: When you change the status of an order in this way, it will not update on your external channel (e.g. if you change the status of an order to closed in Zenstores, it will not become closed on your eBay).
Step by step guide:
1. First of all select your order (or orders) using the check boxes on the left hand side.
2. Once you have your order selected click the More button and from the drop down select Change status.
3. Then click on the little down arrow in the Change order status to drop down box and select your preferred status from the options. You can also assign the orders with new statuses to a team member.
4. Once you've finished selecting your new order status and assigning team members you can just click Save.
And there you have it your order/orders now have a new status and will be moved into the relevant list.
