How to add a tracking number to an order

Sometimes when creating shipments you forget to add the tracking details to an order. This can be very frustrating, but it's ok this is a guide to show you how to fix this.

If you don’t want to create any labels and just want to dispatch your orders, then you can use the manual shipment option and add your tracking details and courier yourself.

If you create address labels in bulk then you have to add tracking details after, to do this follow the instructions in the video.

It can take around half an hour to sync on eBay, and a few hours to sync with amazon so please don't panic if you don't see changes instantly. 

Please note: if your using a courier like Royal Mail, myHermes, PAC or Yodel integration, then the tracking number is automatically included in the order when you click dispatch.

1. First of all click the 'In Progress' tab

2.Next find the order that you would like to add the tracking details to and click on the small green truck icon

3.In the pop up box click on the dispatch date

4. Then add the name of the courier you used, fill in the order's tracking number and finally click update.

5.You can now close all open boxes and dispatch your order like normal.
