How to disable booking confirmation emails from NetDespatch

When you book Royal Mail shipments from Zenstores you will receive booking confirmation emails from NetDespatch, however sometimes you might not want to receive them.

To disable the booking confirmation emails from NetDespatch simply follow these steps.

1. Login to your NetDespatch account using your NetDespatch username and password. (https://emea.netdespatch.com/ilogin.php3)

 2. Click the 'My Profile' link at the top right of the page.

3. On the popup window that opens, click the "<Edit>" link opposite the settings header.

4. On the following page, delete the email address in the "Booking email" box and ensure that it's left blank. Then click the "Save Settings" button at the bottom.

You should no longer receive booking confirmation emails!
