Royal Mail Collection address error

If you are trying to create a shipment with your Royal Mail integration and have received the below issue:

Shipping Error from_address_1: Ensure this field has no more than 32 characters.

This is an error in relation to your shipping collection address and means the total number of characters in the first two inputs is greater than 32.

Luckily this is quite easily resolved.

1. First of all hover over Settings and click Shipping

2. Scroll down till you reach the Collection address section and then click the Edit button.

3. Then just make sure that the field Building Number/Name* and Street* fields combined have less than 32 characters and that the Company field isn't empty.

4. Then just click the Save address button and you should be good to go.
