How to find your Royal Mail Online Business Account number

When requesting the Royal Mail integration with Zenstores we require your Royal Mail OBA information.

For steps on how to find this please see below.

1. First of all log into your Royal Mail OBA by visiting this URL: https://www.royalmail.com/business/services/sending/pay-for-mail/online-business-account

Then click the Online Business Account Log in button.

2. Once logged in click Access Online Business Account button.

3. Then on the next page that loads click the next Access Online Business Account button.

4. Then click the Invoice tab.

5. Then at the top right hand side of the page you will see your Royal Mail OBA account number and OBA Company Name.
