There are a few rules that Royal Mail require when creating shipments for
orders going to any of the Channel Islands or Crown dependencies.
List of Crown dependency islands:
- Isle of man
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Alderney
- Sark
- Herm
Do I need customs forms?
Yes for all of the above locations excluding Isle of man you
will need standard Customs CN22 and
CN23 forms.
What do I set for the shipping country?
Another specification is that the country is set to that of the island. So for
example a parcel going to Jersey would need the country set to Jersey and not
the UK.
