Is Yodel now InPost?
Yes. InPost acquired Yodel's parent group and retired the Yodel brand on 17 July 2026. Shipments that previously went out as Yodel now run on the InPost network, and orders route through InPost services in Zenstores.

Yes. Locker delivery and doorstep delivery are both available, with next-day options on locker services and typically two to three working days to a home address. Shipping rules can decide between them using weight, order value, channel, or product.
Do I need my own InPost account?
Yes. Zenstores connects to your InPost account, so you ship on the rates you have agreed with them. If you don't have an account yet, get in touch and our team can help.
How do I print InPost labels in bulk?
Select the orders you want to ship and print the batch in one action. Labels go straight to your printer with no PDF to open and no print dialogue, and they come out in picking order.
Do I need a thermal printer for InPost labels?
No. Integrated labels put the shipping label and the dispatch note on one A4 sheet, so a laser or inkjet printer is enough. Any integrated label template works, and we recommend S4, S5, S7, S8, S16P, S19 or S20.
How do I create pick lists and packing slips for InPost orders?
Pick lists and packing slips generate automatically for the batch you're working on. Print them with your labels, or use integrated labels to put the label and dispatch note on a single sheet.
How do I stop the wrong item going into an InPost parcel?
Scan each item against the order before the label prints. Barcode scan-to-pack with a scanner like the Zebra 2278 verifies contents at the bench, so mispicks are caught before the parcel leaves.
Where does InPost tracking data go once a label is printed?
Straight back to the sales channel. The tracking number is pushed to Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Amazon, eBay, or Etsy, and the order is marked dispatched, so customer notifications go out automatically.
