Scan each item against the order before the label prints. Barcode scan-to-pack with a scanner like the Zebra 2278 verifies contents at the bench, so mispicks are caught before the parcel leaves.

Yes. As soon as the label is created, the tracking number is written back to the Shopify order and the order is marked fulfilled, so the shipping confirmation goes out without anyone copying numbers over.
