If you need to migrate your Parcelforce account to Royal Mail OBA in Zenstores, follow the steps below.
What do I need to request the integration?
Before you start, make sure you have the following to hand:
- Royal Mail OBA account number — this is the account number of your Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA).
- OBA company name — this is the name of the company associated with your Royal Mail OBA account.
- OBA email address — this is the email address you use to log into your Royal Mail OBA.
- Posting location company ID — a series of numbers associated with each posting location in your OBA. For help finding this, see our guide: How to find your OBA posting location number and collection postcode.
- Posting location address — the address your post is picked up from. Make sure to include the postcode.
If you're unsure of any of these details, contact your Royal Mail account manager.
Please note: this guide assumes you already have a Parcelforce account connected to Zenstores.
Step-by-step guide
1. Head to: app.zenstores.com/settings/carriers/rmz/parcelforce/check_oba/
2. You'll be taken to a page to confirm you have a Royal Mail OBA account. Click "Yes, I have an OBA account" to continue.

3. On the next page, enter your OBA credentials: your account number, company name, email address, posting location company ID, and posting location address. Then click "Complete setup".

4. A thank you page will load. That's everything done on your end and we'll be in touch once the integration is ready.
How long will this take?
It normally takes 1–3 business days for Royal Mail to provide us with your integration details.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to remove my old Parcelforce account from Zenstores?
No, you don't need to remove it manually. The migration flow will handle the transition from your existing Parcelforce connection to the new Royal Mail OBA.
Will my shipping history carry over to the new account?
Your order history within Zenstores stays intact. However, consignment history from the old Parcelforce system won't carry over to your new Royal Mail OBA — this is a Royal Mail limitation. Historic invoices through parcelforce.com will also no longer be accessible; all billing going forward is managed through your Royal Mail OBA.
Will my shipping rules still work after I migrate?
Not automatically. Any rules that pointed to Parcelforce services will need updating once your Royal Mail OBA is connected. We'd recommend reviewing your rules as soon as the integration is live.
What services will I have access to after migrating?
With a Royal Mail OBA you'll have access to both Royal Mail and Parcelforce services through a single account. Your account manager can confirm exactly which services are enabled on yours. If something isn't showing in Zenstores, check with your Royal Mail account manager that it's been added.
How long does the integration take to go live?
It normally takes 1–3 business days from when you submit your credentials for Royal Mail to provide us with your integration details.
I already use Royal Mail in Zenstores as well as Parcelforce. What do I need to do?
If your migration results in a new Royal Mail account number, you'll need to update your existing Royal Mail integration in Zenstores with the new credentials. If you're unsure, drop us a line at support@zenstores.com.
I haven't received my new Royal Mail OBA details yet. What should I do?
Royal Mail are migrating Parcelforce customers in phases. If you'd like to get started sooner, contact your Royal Mail account manager, call the dedicated migration team on 0345 266 0846, or email parcelforce.onenetwork@parcelforce.co.uk.
Where do I find my invoices now? They used to be on parcelforce.com.
Invoicing has moved to your Royal Mail Online Business Account. Invoices are no longer accessible through parcelforce.com. If you use both Royal Mail and Parcelforce services, you'll receive a single combined invoice through your OBA.
Can I still send parcels on Parcelforce services, or are they going away?
Parcelforce services are continuing. What's changed is the account infrastructure — from August 2025, you access Parcelforce and Royal Mail services through the same OBA, rather than separate logins.
